New Campus Minister, Jason Salisbury

Jason Salisbury has joined Briar Cliff University as the new Campus Minister.

Salisbury attended Marian University in Indianapolis where he received his bachelor’s degree in Religious Education. After graduating, he joined the Capuchin Franciscans and provided ministry at the Newman Center at the University of Illinois in Chicago. He then earned his Masters of Divinity from the Catholic Theological Union in Chicago.

“I approach ministry by meeting people where they are, no matter their faith tradition or background,” Salisbury says.

Briar Cliff’s campus ministry program focuses on the spiritual life of students and seeks to integrate faith and action through prayer and worship, building community, service and outreach.
