Frequently Asked Questions
How do I make a payment on my student account? |
While specific payment due dates will be provided each semester by the Student Accounts Receivable Office, in general, each semester's charges are to be paid in full on or before the first day of that semester. Any charges posted to the student account after the first day of the semester are due within 30 days of that charge.
Account statements may be viewed online on Charger STABLE (you will need a student username and password). You can expect to receive your statements 2-4 months prior to the first day of classes for that semester, depending on your registration date. Payments may be made by credit card, money transfer, check, or cash.

What happens if I can't pay my bill? |
Briar Cliff University will place a financial hold on the student's account, preventing them from registering for future classes, requesting transcripts, or receiving their diploma. A financial hold includes a suspension of all Briar Cliff University charge-to-student-account programs, including tuition, fees, and flex card usage.
A late payment charge may also be applied to the account.
If you're struggling to pay your bill, we encourage you to coordinate a meeting with the Student Accounts Receivables team to review options.
