Social Work Club
The Briar Cliff University Social Work Club is a student-lead organization designed to provide students with opportunities to network with other social work students and professional social workers, to help students build an identity within the social work profession.
Social Work Club Goals:

Encourage a network of support, career development, and friendship for all social work students

Promote and practice the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Code of Ethics

Increase awareness and promote a positive image of the social work profession

Provide the opportunity for members to develop a thinking identity as a social work professional

Encourage and provide the opportunity for extending volunteer experience in the community for BCU students, faculty, and staff
Students are able to run for Social Work Club office in the spring. Applicants must maintain a 2.0 GPA and be eligible as a social work major.
