When living on campus, your bed frame, mattress, desk, desk chair, dresser and closet is supplied by the Department of Residence. Equipment needed to loft or raise your bed is not. Complete the form below to rent a loft.

Loft Rental Conditions   

The cost to rent a loft is $129 per academic year. Students are responsible for the assembly of lofts, using provided loft pieces, assembly instructions and tools. All needed items will be in student’ s room upon moving in. All lofts must be returned at the end of the academic year or when students move off campus. Briar Cliff University is not liable for damages to persons or personal property incurred for faulty loft assembly.
