Combine your passion for sports with a strong background in business and leadership skills, by earning a Master of Arts in Management degree with a Sports Management concentration.

You'll learn all aspects of sports management in our curriculum, including public relations, promotion, facility management, human resources, finances, recruitment and more.

Non-thesis option. There are two capstone options to complete the program. Either defend a graduate thesis or take an extra course in an area of your choice. You decide!

More About the Program

Our program is a great fit for athletic professionals with a Bachelor's degree. The Master of Arts in Management degree is a 33-credit hour program designed to prepare learners for successful advancement into supervisory and management positions. This program meets the needs of managers in the public and private sectors to enhance their leadership and management skills, while upholding high ethical standards. Emphasis is placed on the understanding of quality leadership skills through coursework, case studies and associated research. Our program prepares graduates for the challenges of management in the 21st Century.

A Masters of Arts in Management degree allows transfer of up to nine credit hours of graduate course work from another accredited institution (if they have been completed within the past five years).
