Briar Cliff Celebrates Freeze Fest

January 22, 2021

Briar Cliff University celebrated its first Annual Freeze Fest, Friday January 22nd.

Students had the opportunity to come together to compete and socialize through different activities like dodgeball, corn hole tournament, sled building, stein holding and and live action Hungry Hungry Hippos. There was also board games, hot cocoa bar, sugar cookie decorating, snowflake making and s’mores for the less competitive students.

“It’s great Briar Cliff planned something that allowed us students to safely hang out together and have fun,” junior Emma Slaughter says. “All of the events were fun to participate and watch, but the hot cocoa bar was my favorite.”

Around 100+ students attended between all five events.
