Briar Cliff offers one of the region's only educational cadaver labs, which will be on display during Health Sciences Campus Visit Day.
SIOUX CITY, Iowa – For high school sophomores, juniors and seniors who dream of being a doctor, nurse, physical therapist or simply working in health care, BCU’s Health Sciences Campus Visit Day, Friday, Oct. 11, 2013, will offer a broad spectrum of insight and information.
The day begins at 9:15 a.m. in the Stark Student Center on campus at 3303 Rebecca Street, Sioux City, and concludes at 2 p.m. While on The Cliff, visitors and their families will see firsthand Briar Cliff’s state-of-the-art health sciences labs, including a cadaver lab. They also will meet BCU health sciences faculty, who are well-known for their dedication to student success.
During the Campus Visit Day, high school students will also get a glimpse of college life, receive valuable information on how BCU makes college affordable, enjoy lunch and conversation with BCU students studying health sciences and chat with successful Briar Cliff graduates who majored in health sciences.
