BCU to Host 'Lunch with the Chargers'
SIOUX CITY, Iowa – On Monday, Jan. 21, 2013, at Texas Roadhouse, 5130 Sergeant Road, Sioux City. “Lunch with the Chargers” will be served by Briar Cliff coaches, student-athletes and administrators during seating times at 11:15 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
All proceeds from the annual fundraiser will benefit Briar Cliff University’s Annual Scholarship Fund.
“This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy a great meal and contribute to scholarships for Briar Cliff students,” said Lorna Daugherty, activities, events and e-media coordinator for University Relations at Briar Cliff. “We invite everyone to join in the fun.” Event sponsors are Texas Roadhouse and FiberComm of Sioux City.
