BCU's SHRM Chapter Consistently Successful in National Arena

SIOUX CITY, Iowa – For 11 consecutive years, the Briar Cliff University Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) student chapter has earned the national Superior Merit Award for excellence and achievements in developing the next generation of Human Resources professionals and future leaders.

“Briar Cliff’s SHRM students have consistently strived to be a strategic business partner in their pursuit of excellence,” said Mark Rossi, director of Master of Arts in Management and Distance Learning Programs, business administration chair, professor of business administration and SHRM advisor.

“We are very proud of their many accomplishments.” SHRM is the world’s largest association devoted to human resource management with nearly 600 affiliated chapters in the U.S., China and India.

Briar Cliff University is a Catholic institution with an enrollment of more than 1,100 students from 31 states and 11 countries.
