Jay Rhodes, Assistant Director of Multicutural and International Student Programs, began his position at Briar Cliff University in the Fall of 2013. Jay holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Briar Cliff University.
At BCU, Jay provides the development and implementation of programs that educate the student population and campus community regarding issues of cultural understanding and sensitivity that are relevant in today’s society. His responsibilities also include supporting student recruitment, success, and retention through individual mentoring and advising for multicultural and international students.
Previously, Justin served as a Tutor Peer Counselor and Assistant Activities Director of Upward Bound at BCU. Justin is also involved with coaching 7th grade girls basketball. Justin’s goals include continuing education to become a counselor.
