Human Resource Management (Minor)

The minor in human resource management is designed to develop basic problem solving, statistical analysis, computer skills, oral communication, writing and other skills necessary to manage organizational resources in the global environment of business today. The skills are vital in a number of different fields, including bot not limited to economics, business, accounting, law and education.
Requirements
The human resource management minor requires one of the following courses: HRM 325, 420 or 425; two of the following courses: SPEC 109, MATH 200 or WRTG 225; and two of the following courses: SOCY 240, MIS 321, PSYC 310, HRM 335, 390 or 408.
